AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of the Union; (b) has not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; (c) has revoked their written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees, union dues or union assessments; (d) is suspended from the Union; (e) has been expelled from the Union;

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of the Union; (b) has not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; (c) has revoked their his/her written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees, union dues or union assessments; (d) is suspended from the Union; (e) has been expelled from the Union;
