Common use of An OTFT Clause in Contracts

An OTFT. RPT Employee who works in a Unit that is normally only operational Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday and is given a Statutory Holiday off shall be paid as if the shift was not a Statutory Holiday provided the shift was required to fulfill her Letter of Appointment.
