Common use of Analogous Events Clause in Contracts

Analogous Events. any event occurs which under the laws of any jurisdiction has a similar or analogous effect to any of those events mentioned in paragraphs

Analogous Events. any Any event occurs which under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction has a similar or an analogous effect to any of those the events mentioned referred to in paragraphsparagraphs (4) or (5) above; or

Analogous Events. any Any other event occurs which under the laws of any jurisdiction relevant jurisdictions has a similar or an analogous effect to any of those the events mentioned referred to in the foregoing paragraphs.

Analogous Events. any event occurs which which, under the laws of any jurisdiction relevant jurisdiction, has a similar or an analogous effect to any of the events referred to in any of those events mentioned in paragraphsthis Section 7.01.
