Common use of Analogous Events Clause in Contracts

Analogous Events. Any event occurs which, under the laws of any jurisdiction, has an analogous effect to any event mentioned in Clause 23.6 (Insolvency) or Clause 23.7 (Winding-up).

Analogous Events. Any event occurs which, which under the laws of any jurisdiction, relevant jurisdiction has an analogous effect to any event mentioned of the events referred to in Clause 23.6 Clauses 14.6 (Insolvency, etc.) or Clause 23.7 and 14.7 (Winding-up).
