Ancillary Remedies Sample Clauses

The Ancillary Remedies clause defines additional legal remedies that a party may seek beyond the primary relief specified in the contract. This can include actions such as injunctions, specific performance, or other equitable remedies that support or enforce the main obligations of the agreement. By providing for these supplementary remedies, the clause ensures that parties have access to a broader range of legal tools to address breaches or enforce rights, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the contract and addressing situations where monetary damages alone may be insufficient.
