TO ARBITRATION Sample Clauses

The 'To Arbitration' clause requires that any disputes arising under the agreement be resolved through arbitration rather than through court litigation. In practice, this means that if a disagreement occurs, the parties must submit their case to a neutral third-party arbitrator or arbitration panel, whose decision is typically binding. This clause streamlines dispute resolution by providing a private, often faster and less formal process, and helps avoid the costs and delays associated with traditional court proceedings.
