and B5. 2.4.3, a full-time employee is entitled to use up to 10 days personal leave, including accrued leave each year to care for members of their immediate family or household who are sick and require care and support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency.
and B5. 4.4.1(b) an employee may apply to their employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified as soon as possible but no less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements. Nothing in this clause shall detract from any entitlements set out in clause B5.4.2 or B5.4.4.

and B5. The IF logo is only to be used by the centre/provider/organisation approved by AIM as an IF centre and may not be used for purposes which are unrelated to IF The logo must only be used where high-quality reproduction is guaranteed. As part of the standard evaluation and monitoring process of centres, AIM staff will monitor the use of the IF logo and act as needed. Under no circumstances should the logo be used in a manner which may bring AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group or its provision/services into disrepute. Deliberate use of the logo to misrepresent the status of a qualification may be regarded as fraudulent misrepresentation and will constitute an infringement of AIM’s intellectual property rights. and B5. 6 the Authority will be entitled to consider that failure a Material Breach of the Contract entitling the Authority to exercise its rights under clause F5.2A. B7 Licence to Occupy Premises - NOT USED B8 Property B8.1 Where the Authority provides Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Authority and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Authority and its agents to enter upon any Premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times have access to or custody of the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Authority. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Authority to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all Sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Authority’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Authority.
