EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL. A. This Agreement shall become effective December 29, 2021 when signed by the Parties hereto and shall remain in full force and effect until its termination as provided herein below. B. It is understood that the DCA is acting merely as the collective bargaining agent in the negotiation of this Agreement and that it is the agent only for those of its members, and none other, who accept and sign this Agreement; and, in no event shall it be bound as principal or be held liable in any manner for any breach of this contract by any of the contractors signing the same.
