This Collective Agreement shall be in effect from August and from year to year thereafter unless either party notifies the other, in writing, within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it desires to bargain with a view to renewal, with or without modifications of the Collective Agreement then in operation. The parties shall meet within fifteen (15) days from the date of notice pursuant to or within such further period as the parties agree upon.
