At all times during the contract term, Contractor shall maintain a level of security with regard to the Contractor Systems, that in all events is at least as secure as the levels of security that are common and prevalent in the industry and in accordance with industry best practices (NIST 800-53). Contractor shall maintain all appropriate administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards to secure County data from data breach, protect County data and the Services from loss, corruption, unauthorized disclosure, and from hacks, and the introduction of viruses, disabling devices, malware, and other forms of malicious and inadvertent acts that can disrupt County’s access and use of County data and the Services.
AND SECURITY. You agree not to give or make available your password or other means to access your account (collectively “access credentials”) to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all payments you authorize using the Service. If you permit another person (such as a family member or co-worker) to use the Service or your access credentials, or you entrust that person with your access credentials, you are deemed to have authorized and are fully liable for any transactions or other actions those other persons may take using the Service prior to you notifying us that transfers or actions by that person are no longer authorized. Upon registration, the User will provide the Portal Administration with complete, accurate and valid information. The Corporation agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees covered by this Agreement in respect to hours of work, salaries and working conditions. All employees to whom this Agreement applies who are hired after April and who have completed their probationary period shall become and remain members of the Union. No employee shall lose employment as a result of the denial of or loss of union membership except by reason of failure to pay the regular union dues levied on members of the Union. The Corporation shall deduct from the wages of each employee to whom this Agreement applies, an amount equivalent to the union dues of a member of the Union and shall remit to the of the Union, all amounts so deducted with a list of names of employees and their gross pay from whom such deductions have been made. In order that the Corporation may have definite instructions as to what amounts are to be deducted for the above purpose, it is agreed that the Union shall promptly notify the Corporation in writing, over the signature of the Recording Secretary of the Union, the amount of the deductions to be made by the Corporation for regular union dues, and the Corporation shall have the right to continue to rely upon such written notification as to the amount to be deducted until it receives other written notification from the Union signed with the same formality. Union dues will be deducted on the first regular deduction date following the hiring of an employee. The amount of union dues deducted shall be shown on each employee’s Tax slip. In consideration of the deducting and forwarding of union dues in accordance with the foregoing by the Corporation, the Union agrees to indemnify and save the Corporation harmless against any claim or liability arising out of or resulting from the operations of this section. All correspondence directed to the Union shall be sent to the Union’s Recording Secretary with a copy to the Union President and it shall be the responsibility of the Union to notify the Corporation accordingly.
