Anniversary Year Method Clause Samples

The Anniversary Year Method is a contractual provision that defines how annual periods are measured for the purposes of the agreement, typically starting from the effective date of the contract. Under this method, each "year" is calculated as a 12-month period beginning on the contract's start date and each subsequent anniversary of that date, rather than following the calendar year. This approach ensures that obligations, renewals, or calculations tied to yearly intervals are consistently measured from the contract's inception, providing clarity and preventing confusion over timeframes.

The isolation resistance is subsequently measured by applying a DC voltage at least half of the working voltage of the high voltage bus. If the system has several voltage ranges (e.g. because of boost converter) in conductively connected circuit and some of the components cannot withstand the working voltage of the entire circuit, the isolation resistance between those components and the electrical chassis can be measured separately by applying at least half of their own working voltage with those components disconnected.
