Measurement Method definition

Measurement Method means a method capable of accounting for the rate of direct diversion, rate of collection to storage, and rate of withdrawal or release from storage where the method is likely to achieve accuracy standards comparable to those of individual measuring devices as described in section 933 subdivision (d) of this chapter.
Measurement Method means the method of measuring a parameter that is prescribed in this Directive.
Measurement Method means the following: the sum of the square footage of each floor of the Building, specifically excluding any “second floorwarehouse space, calculated using the same method as used to calculate the square footage of each floor of the Building shown on the schematic floor plans prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Architects dated November 19, 2007 and attached hereto as Exhibit A-1.
