Demonstration of emergency stops including wireless E-stop under operating conditions. 4.5. Demonstration of each spreader function, including proper coiling of the spreader umbilical cable. 4.6. Verification of mating of trolley crane rails, distances between rails under full load and without load, between the rails and trolley wheel flanges and side safety plate 4.7. Demonstration of storm lock pins, including interlocks. 4.8. Demonstration of trim and skew function, with both empty spreader and rated load. 4.9. Verification that lighting levels meet the specification. 4.10. Measurement and recording of operating pressures of each hydraulic unit, if applicable. 4.11. Connection and disconnection of power supply plug 4.12. Operation of audible and visual movement alarms. 4.13. Verification that all reducers are correctly filled with oil and that all bearings, pins and couplings are greased and seals are properly retained. 4.14. Demonstration of auxiliary equipment, including:
Field Tests. Inspection of the water and/or sewer facility installation includes field tests including, but not limited to, the following: Water SystemsPressure Testing • Purity Tests • Cross-Connection Review and Backflow Assembly Tests Sewer Systems • Air Test • Jetting system • Close-Caption TV review
Field Tests. Providing sub-surface explorations, test borings, test pits, related work in accordance with Engineering/Architectural Instructions in effect at the time of the execution of the Agreement.
Field Tests. Operational tests will include the following: 3.1. Demonstration of function of all interlocks and limit switches. 3.2. Measurement of maximum speeds and accelerations of all motions under all specified load conditions. If no tolerance is specified, the speeds and accelerations quoted in the contract will be regarded as minima. 3.3. Verification, when spotting the hoist, that there is no lowering of the rated load at the start of hoisting or raising of the empty spreader on start of lowering. 3.4. Demonstration of brake torques and testing for thermal capacity. Each main hoist brake is to stop and hold the rated load from the maximum specified speeds with no regenerative or dynamic braking. 3.5. Demonstration of emergency stops under operating conditions. 3.6. Demonstration of each spreader function, including attaching and detaching the spreader from the headblock and proper coiling of the spreader umbilical cable. 3.7. Demonstration of twin-lift function, including lifting of differentially loaded boxes. 3.8. Verification of mating of trolley crane rails at the boom hinge and smooth operation of the trolley over the hinge. 3.9. Demonstration of storm lock pins, including interlocks. 3.10. Demonstration of mating of gantry buffers.

Field Tests. Borrowers shall from time to time permit Banks to conduct field examinations at the expense of Banks. Borrowers shall permit Agent to conduct a field examination annually at the expense of Borrowers.
Field Tests. Preliminary Tests: The following tests shall be conducted during installation and a signed test report, recording the test results, shall be submitted to the COTR prior to the scheduling of the final test.
Field Tests. Operational tests shall include but not be limited to the following:
Field Tests. 1. Compression test specimens will be taken during construction from the first placement of each type of grout, and at intervals thereafter as selected by the Project Representative to ensure continued compliance with these specifications. The specimens will be made by the Project Representative or its representative. 2. Compression tests and fabrication of specimens for nonshrink grout will be performed as specified in ASTM C109 at intervals during construction as selected by the Project Representative. A set of three specimens will be made for testing at 7 days, 28 days, and each additional time period as appropriate. 3. Compression tests and fabrication of specimens for epoxy grout will be performed as specified in ASTM C579, Method B, at intervals during construction as selected by the Project Representative. A set of three specimens will be made for testing at 7 days, and each earlier time period as appropriate. 4. All grout, already placed, which fails to meet the requirements of these specifications, is subject to removal and replacement at no additional cost to the County.
Field Tests. A. Each valve, after installation and connection to the piping system, shall be cycled three times manually or utilizing the manual override to demonstrate proper operation. B. Each valve, upon completion of installation of the piping system, shall be cycled to fully demonstrate proper operation and confirm that operating times, under both normal operating, and emergency closure conditions, are as specified.
