Emergency Closure Sample Clauses
The Emergency Closure clause grants a party the right to temporarily or permanently close a facility or suspend operations in response to unforeseen emergencies, such as natural disasters, safety threats, or government orders. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which closure can occur, the process for notifying affected parties, and any obligations regarding resumption of operations or compensation. Its core function is to provide a clear protocol for handling unexpected events that could jeopardize safety or compliance, thereby minimizing confusion and legal risk during emergencies.
