Common use of Annual Amount Clause in Contracts

Annual Amount. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, at such time as the total amounts paid and payable by Licensee to The Regents hereunder with respect to any calendar year exceeds One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), any further amounts due hereunder with respect to such calendar year prior to any other adjustments hereunder shall be reduced by fifty percent (50%).
