Common use of Annual Report of Activities Clause in Contracts

Annual Report of Activities. 17.3.1 Each Librarian Member with a Part-time Continuing Appointment shall submit to the University Librarian a copy of an Annual Report of Activities by May 5 of each year. Part-time Librarian Members on Contract Appointments may submit such a report. The Annual Report shall include a statement of activities for the period from the previous May 1 to April 30. The Annual Report, which shall be completed on a standardized form approved by the Joint Liaison Committee and supplied by the University Librarian, and shall report on the Member’s assigned duties and responsibilities under: (a) professional practice in the University Library; (b) academic and community service within the University;

Part-time Librarian Members on Contract Appointments may submit such a report. The Annual Report shall include a statement of activities for the period from the previous May 1 to April 30. The Annual Report shall be copied to the Member’s Official File. The Annual Report, which shall be completed on a standardized form approved by the Joint Liaison Committee and supplied by the University LibrarianUL, and shall report on include the Member’s assigned duties and responsibilities under:following information; (a) professional practice in the University Library; (b) academic and community service within the University;

If (b) and/or (c) are not part of a Member’s assigned duties and responsibilities, the Member may include such activities in the Annual Report if he/she wishes to do so.
