Personal Leave Sample Clauses

The Personal Leave clause establishes an employee's right to take time off from work for personal reasons, such as illness, family emergencies, or other personal matters. Typically, this clause outlines the amount of leave available, the process for requesting leave, and any documentation required to support the absence. Its core function is to provide employees with a formal mechanism to address personal needs without jeopardizing their employment, thereby supporting work-life balance and ensuring clear expectations for both employer and employee.
