ANNUAL REPORT REQUIREMENTS. 17.2.1 The Annual Reports must include, but not be limited to, the following information: a. an executive summary; b. the financial reporting requirements as specified in clause 17.3 and presenting data using the tables in Appendix 2; c. a summary of the monthly monitoring and evaluation information or performance indicators using the tables in Appendix 3; d. an overall evaluation of the administration of the Sub-programmes, identifying: (i) lessons learnt; (ii) Sub-programme appropriateness; (iii) future opportunities; and (iv) unintended outcomes
