Performance Statistics Clause Samples

The Performance Statistics clause requires one or both parties to provide regular reports or data regarding the performance of certain obligations or services under the agreement. Typically, this involves tracking and sharing metrics such as service uptime, delivery times, or other key performance indicators relevant to the contract. By mandating the collection and exchange of performance data, this clause ensures transparency, enables monitoring of compliance, and helps identify and address issues promptly.
Performance Statistics. Sprint will poll all routers in the network and obtain performance statistics and reports. These reports will be available to Bridge in an electronic form. Sprint will monitor these statistics on a daily basis for trends and potential problems.
Performance Statistics. Real-time performance statistics are included for bandwidth usage (expressed in Kbit/s or Mbit/s), network errors and hard disk storage.   • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Standard Contractor shall perform all work hereunder in a manner consistent with the level of competency and standard of care normally observed by a person practicing in Contractor's profession. County has relied upon the professional ability and training of Contractor as a material inducement to enter into this Agreement. Contractor hereby agrees to provide all services under this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and standards of care, as well as the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, it being understood that acceptance of Contractor’s work by County shall not operate as a waiver or release. If County determines that any of Contractor's work is not in accordance with such level of competency and standard of care, County, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to do any or all of the following: (a) require Contractor to meet with County to review the quality of the work and resolve matters of concern; (b) require Contractor to repeat the work at no additional charge until it is satisfactory; (c) terminate this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of Article 4; or (d) pursue any and all other remedies at law or in equity.

  • Performance Reviews Supplier will perform a minimum of one review with Sourcewell per agreement year. The review will cover transactions to Participating Entities, pricing and terms, administrative fees, sales data reports, performance issues, supply chain issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.
