Annual Review for Untenured Bargaining Unit. Faculty Members T11.6.1 Included in the Chair’s annual evaluation of all untenured Members of the Bargaining Unit shall be a statement reflecting peer evaluation of the individual’s teaching effectiveness (Section 10.4.4.1.1). The Chair and the tenured Members of the Bargaining Unit in the Department share joint responsibility for ensuring that peer evaluation is conducted each year. T11.6.2 Included with the Chair’s annual evaluation of all untenured Members of the Bargaining Unit shall be a statement from the Chair summarizing the individual’s cumulative progress toward obtaining tenure.
