Annual Uniform Allowance Clause Samples
The Annual Uniform Allowance clause establishes an employer’s obligation to provide employees with a set monetary amount each year to cover the cost of required uniforms. Typically, this allowance is paid out on a regular schedule, such as annually or at the start of employment, and may specify eligible items or reimbursement procedures. Its core function is to ensure employees are not financially burdened by uniform requirements, promoting fairness and compliance with workplace dress codes.
