Anticipated Usage Sample Clauses

The Anticipated Usage clause defines the expected manner and extent to which a product, service, or resource will be used under the agreement. It typically outlines specific usage parameters, such as volume limits, frequency, or types of permitted activities, and may require the party to notify or seek approval if actual usage will exceed these projections. This clause helps both parties set clear expectations, allocate resources appropriately, and avoid disputes over overuse or misuse by establishing a baseline for what is considered normal or acceptable usage.
