Section 2: Solicitation Requirements, Information and Instructions to Offerors
2.1. RFP Question and Answer Process All questions, including those about Terms and Conditions, must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contract Administrator listed on the RFP. Questions must be submitted by the question deadline date and time shown in Section 1.3 (Schedule of Events). Answers will be given via the State of Oklahoma Solicitation site as soon as possible. The Lead State may refuse to answer questions received after the deadline to receive questions. The identity of prospective Offerors will not be published with the answers, but the text of questions will be restated, so Offerors are cautioned about including context in questions that may reveal the source of questions.
