APPENDICES AND AMENDMENTS. 4.1 Any appendices or amendments that may be mutually agreed upon between the parties during the terms of this Agreement shall be lettered, dated and signed by the appropriate, responsible parties, ratified by the members of the bargaining unit and the City Council, and will become a part of this Agreement and subject to all its other applicable terms.
