Common use of Applicability of Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Base Indenture. Article Thirteen of the Base Indenture is hereby replaced in its entirety by this Article 6. All references in the Base Indenture to Article Thirteen or any provision thereof shall be deemed, for the purposes of the Notes, to be references to this Article 6.

Applicability of Base Indenture. Article Thirteen Fourteen of the Base Indenture is hereby replaced in its entirety by this Article 67 and by Article 5 herein. All references in the Base Indenture to Article Thirteen Fourteen or any provision thereof shall be deemed, for the purposes of the Notes, to be references to this Article 67 (to the extent that such references relate to subordination of the Guarantees) and to Article 5 (to the extent that such references relate to the Guarantees).
