Applicability of Land Use By-law and Subdivision By-law. 1.2.1 Except as otherwise provided for herein, the development, use, and subdivision of the Lands shall comply with the requirements of the applicable Land Use By-law and the Regional Subdivision By-law, as amended from time to time. 1.2.2 Variances to the requirements of the Land Use By-law for ▇▇▇▇ Harbour / ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be permitted.
