Applicable Area. FDU 1 and 2. 1. The licensee will contact the range tenure holders overlapping or directly adjacent to planned areas of primary forest activities a minimum of the required Notice period length before the proposed activities are projected to start. The licensee will provide information on the areas of planned harvesting and road construction in their range tenure area and request the range tenure holders to describe the location and type of natural range barriers in the area, as well as offer recommendations as to preferred mitigation options. The range tenure holder will be given the required Notice period length of days to respond. 2. In the event that BLCF activities remove or render ineffective a natural range barrier, the licensee will work with the range tenure holder and the MoFLNRO staff to determine appropriate measures to mitigate the effects of removing or rendering the barrier(s) ineffective. Mitigation may consist of, but not limited to drift fences, cattleguards and building stock trails. BLCF, the range tenure holder and MoFLNRO staff will also work together to develop a timeline for the agreed upon mitigation strategy. 3. If the licensee and range tenure holder disagree on the course of action to address the potential removal of or the rendering ineffective of a natural range barrier, the matter will be referred to the District Manager, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ District. The licensee will provide the District Manager with a supporting rationale for their plans. The licensee will follow the recommended course of action to the extent practicable.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.
