Applicable Language. This Order is made in the English language and all correspondence between the Parties of a technical and non-technical nature shall be in the English language and shall employ the units of measure customarily used by Buyer in the United States of America, unless otherwise specified. All notices and other binding communications may, unless otherwise specified, be sent by facsimile, electronic mail, air mail, or other customary means.
