Common use of Applicable Language Clause in Contracts

Applicable Language. This DPA is made in the English language, which will be controlling in all respects, and all versions hereof in any other language will not be binding on the Parties hereto. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to this DPA and any dispute resolution (including, but not limited to, any court proceeding, legal notices, motions, discovery, etc.) will be in the English language only.
