Applicable Laws and Policies. a) This agreement and all other documents to be delivered in connection with this agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, and all City By-laws. In addition, all such documents (including this agreement), or notice thereof, may be publicly registered in such fashion as may be necessary to preserve or protect the interest of the City.
