Applicable Laws and Policies. All Parties will comply with Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and all applicable federal laws, regulations, action transmittals, and other directives, instructions, and requirements of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Child Support Enforcement, including but not limited to, applicable federal and state information privacy laws. All parties will comply with other applicable state statutes governing the child support program; state child support procedures; and applicable Minnesota laws and statutes.
