APPLICABLE NETWORK RULES Clause Samples

The "Applicable Network Rules" clause defines which external rules, regulations, or protocols govern the operation and use of a particular network or system referenced in the agreement. This clause typically specifies that all parties must comply with the established standards or guidelines set by the network operator or relevant regulatory bodies, such as payment networks, telecommunications providers, or industry consortia. By clearly identifying the governing rules, the clause ensures that all participants understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes arising from non-compliance or misunderstandings about operational requirements.
