Unbundled Network Elements. (with or without initial caps) and “UNEs” mean only such elements required to be unbundled under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act as determined by 251(c)(3) and effective FCC rules and associated 251(c)(3) and effective FCC and judicial orders.

Unbundled Network Elements. ("UNEs") generally means a facility or equipment used in the provision of a Telecommunications Service. Specific references to UNEs contained throughout this Agreement shall be to the network elements that are to be unbundled pursuant to Article VII of this Agreement. Such UNEs shall include the features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including, where applicable, subscriber numbers, databases, signalling systems, and information sufficient for billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

Examples of Unbundled Network Elements in a sentence

  • CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Collocation also allows CLEC to access Interconnection Distribution Frames (ICDF) for the purpose of accessing and combining Unbundled Network Elements and accessing ancillary services.

  • The Parties shall complete Qwest's "New Customer Questionnaire," as it applies to CLEC's obtaining of Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder.

Related to Unbundled Network Elements
