CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.
Collocation also allows CLEC to access Interconnection Distribution Frames (ICDF) for the purpose of accessing and combining Unbundled Network Elements and accessing ancillary services.
Entrance Facilities may not be used for Interconnection with Unbundled Network Elements.
