Common use of Applicable Policies Clause in Contracts

Applicable Policies. a. In the administration of all matters covered by this Agreement, Employer/Management officials and employees shall be governed by existing laws and government-wide rules and regulations as defined in the Statute in existence at the time this Agreement becomes effective and which are duly passed and adopted during the term of this Agreement. b. In the administration of all matters governed by this Agreement, Employer/Management officials and employees shall also be governed by Department of Defense (DOD) policies, Department of the Navy (DON) policies, and Marine Corps policies (collectively referred to as “applicable regulations” throughout this Agreement) in existence at the time this Agreement becomes effective. c. Either party may initiate bargaining to change the Employer’s regulations, orders, administrative directives, and policy statements (collectively referred to as policies) that apply to bargaining unit employees.

Either party may initiate bargaining to change the Employer’s regulations, orders, administrative directives, and policy statements (collectively referred to as policies) that apply to bargaining unit employees.
