Applicable Rules, Regulations, and Policies a. LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ACTIVITIES. Operator shall comply fully with all existing and future State and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to Operator’s Business on the Property, including but not limited to IBMC Chapter 4.60, and shall ensure such compliance by all of Operator’s employees, contractors, vendors and members of the public invited or allowed access to the Property. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as the City authorizing or condoning any actions that violate federal, state or local law with respect to the Business or the Property. It shall be the responsibility of Operator to ensure that the Business is, at all times, operating in a manner compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including for as long as applicable, all state laws, any subsequently enacted state or local law or regulatory, licensing, or certification standards or requirements, and any specific, additional operating procedures or requirements which may be imposed as conditions of approval of a state license or of an RSP.

Applicable Rules, Regulations, and Policies. All transactions through Fidelity are subject to the constitution, rules, regulations, customs and usages of the exchange, market or clearinghouse where executed; to any applicable policies and/or procedures of Fidelity; and to any applicable federal or state laws, rules and regulations. Applicable Rules, Regulations, and Policies. The ordinances, rules, regulations, and official policies governing the Property shall be those ordinances, rules, regulations, and official policies in effect on the date of City’s execution of this Agreement which are listed on attached Exhibit C ("Applicable Law of the Project"), which is incorporated in this Agreement by this ref- erence. Three sets of the documents comprising the Applicable Law of the Project shall be compiled. One set shall be sealed and lodged with the City Clerk with instructions not to ▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇ for the term of this Agreement plus five years. One set shall be retained by City’s Com- munity Development Director, and one set shall be provided to Owners’ attorney. Applicable Rules, Regulations, and Policies. Owner shall have the vested right, to the fullest extent allowed by law, to develop the Property in accordance with the Entitlements, Existing Laws, and this Agreement. During the Term, the Entitlements, Existing Laws, and this Agreement shall control the overall design, development, and construction of the Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the City from applying changes occurring from time to time in the uniform codes published in Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations and adopted by the City, including local amendments, in effect when the building permits are issued.
