Common use of Applicable Use Rights Clause in Contracts

Applicable Use Rights. (a) Products (other than Online Services). The Use Rights in effect on the effective date of the applicable Enrollment term will apply to Enrolled Customer’s use of the version of each Product that is current at the time. For future versions and new Products, the Use Rights in effect when those versions and Products are first released will apply.
