Common use of Applicant Manager’s Responsibility for Expenses Clause in Contracts

Applicant Manager’s Responsibility for Expenses. Applicant Manager shall be responsible for payment of all expenses relating to its performance of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the expenses related to the performance of this Agreement by any of its Manager Agents). Applicant Manager agrees and warrants that On Deck shall have no liability for any expenses of any Manager Agent at any time for any reason.
