Common use of Application and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Application and Acceptance. Application for the program shall be in writing by the unit employee when consideration is requested for the work program and by written direction when management requires the employee to participate. City management shall make a determination of admission to the program based upon such factors as: 1. The attending physician's release to temporary modified work program; 2. Availability of City-wide work stations suitable to accommodate the employee's specific limitations; and 3. The employee's ability to perform satisfactorily in a selected temporary assignment.
