APPLICATION DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION POLICY. Application Deadline is December 31, 2024 Cancellation Deadline is January 17, 2025 • In the event a Vendor chooses to cancel participation after January 17, 2025, and the Expo proceeds, the Vendor will be charged 100% of the booth costs. Function tickets will be 100% reimbursed.

Application Deadline is December 31, 2024 2021 Cancellation Deadline is January 1714, 2025 2022 • In the event a Vendor chooses to cancel participation after January 1714, 20252022, and the Expo proceeds, the Vendor will be charged 100% of the booth costs. Function tickets will be 100% reimbursed. • In the event the Expo is cancelled due to Covid restrictions, an administration fee of $250 will be charged to each Vendor to help with ABSDA administrative costs. Booth & function tickets will be fully reimbursed.
