Common use of Application for Space Clause in Contracts

Application for Space. Access One shall submit to BellSouth a complete and accurate Application and Inquiry document, together with payment of the Application Fee as stated in Exhibit A. The Application shall contain a detailed description and schematic drawing of the equipment to be placed in Access One’s Collocation Space(s) and an estimate of the amount of square footage required.
