Application for Use. Before accessing CareLink, Outside Entity shall require each Authorized User to acknowledge and sign the confidentiality statement (the “Confidentiality Statement”) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, which is incorporated herein by reference, as that form may be amended from time to time. Outside Entity agrees to ensure that each Authorized User approved for access under this Agreement adheres to the requirements of this Agreement and the Confidentiality Statement. Each Authorized User shall also complete, in a form and in a manner to be determined by the Tower Entities, training regarding the requirements of HIPAA, HITECH, and the HIPAA Rules as such requirements pertain to CareLink access.
