APPLICATION OF COALITION LABOR AGREEMENT. 17 The CLA shall apply to the individual bargaining unit’s employees as follows: The Preamble 18 in its entirety, all Superseding provisions, and non-superseding provisions of the CLA. 19 However, employees under Addendum D are eligible for vacation, sick and holiday leaves in 20 accordance with the CLA. Employees under Addenda A, B, and C are eligible for Benefit Time as 21 set forth in this Agreement.
