Common use of Application of Condemnation Awards if Tenant Purchases Project Clause in Contracts

Application of Condemnation Awards if Tenant Purchases Project. The right of the Tenant to exercise its option to purchase the Project under the provisions of this Article shall remain unimpaired notwithstanding any condemnation of title to, or the use for a limited period of, all or any part of the Project. If the Tenant shall exercise its option and pay the purchase price as provided in this Article, all of the condemnation awards received by the Issuer after the payment of said purchase price, less all attorneys’ fees and other expenses and costs incurred by the Issuer as the owner of the Project in connection with such condemnation, shall belong and be paid to the Tenant.
