APPLICATION OF EARNED ROYALTIES Sample Clauses

The 'Application of Earned Royalties' clause defines how royalties that have been accrued from the use or sale of licensed products or intellectual property are to be handled. Typically, this clause outlines the process for calculating, reporting, and applying these earned royalties, such as specifying payment schedules, permitted deductions, or how royalties are credited against minimum guarantees. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of how royalty payments are managed, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring accurate financial accounting.
