Common use of Application of General Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Application of General Terms and Conditions. These general terms and conditions as well as the specific regulations (collectively, the “General Terms”) govern the use of SORACOM Air Global Service by customers in the USA and Canada. SORACOM GLOBAL, Inc., having its registered office at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇, will provide the SORACOM Air Global Service to you according to the SORACOM Air Global Service agreement concluded under the General Terms (such agreement, the “Agreement”). SORACOM GLOBAL, Inc. will hereinafter be referred to as “SORACOM.”

Application of General Terms and Conditions. SORACOM GLOBAL, Inc. will hereinafter be referred to as “SORACOM.”

SORACOM GLOBAL, Inc. will hereinafter be referred to as “"SORACOM.”"
