Application of the Terms and Conditions. 2.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of Agile Cockpit Software Development Private Limited (“Agile Cockpit”) shall apply to all order confirmations and any arrangements agreed in a written and/or digital recording, on the basis of which Agile Cockpit and/or its contractors perform certain service(s) for the benefit of the Client (the “Agreement(s)”) between Agile Cockpit and the Client. 2.2 If any part of the general section of these terms and conditions conflicts or is incompatible with any of the provisions of any specific section of these terms and conditions agreed between Agile Cockpit and the Client, then the provisions of the specific section shall prevail. 2.3 The applicability of any of the Client’s purchasing terms or other conditions is expressly rejected.
Application of the Terms and Conditions a. These terms and conditions (“Terms”), together with those contained in any Offer Letter (together hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the entire contractual agreement between INTO UEA LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England (company number OC332020) with its registered office at The Registry, University Of East Anglia, Norwich, Norfolk, NR4 7TJ (“INTO Centre”/"we"/ “our”) and any person who wishes to study at the International Science Summer School 2025 (the "Student"/"you"). The Terms and Conditions apply to the International Science Summer School 2025 to be held at the INTO Centre during the summer of 2025 (the “Summer School”). It is very important that you review the Terms and Conditions, and any documents detailed within them, carefully before signing and submitting your application form for admission onto the Summer School. You should ensure that you read the specific provisions relating to Summer School Fees and Payment, Contracts Made by Distance Communication, and Complaints Handling. b. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Student agrees to adhere to all policies, code of conducts, and/or regulations, as stipulated by the INTO Centre, or any third party involved in providing any aspect of the Summer School. Specific operational policies for the INTO Centre are available on request. c. The following rules of interpretation will apply to these Terms: i. Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the singular; ii. Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to one gender shall include a reference to other genders. iii. Any words following the terms “including”, “include”, “in particular”, “for example” or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase, or term preceding those terms.

If the dispute cannot in accordance with Article 12.2, it shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or three arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules; sitting in London, England. The proceedings shall be in the English language. The right of appeal by either party to any national courts on a question of law arising in the course of any arbitral proceedings or out of an award made in any arbitral proceedings is hereby agreed to be excluded.
