These Terms and Conditions. The Contract Schedule

These Terms and Conditions as well as the rights and obligations arising from them, including assessment of their validity, as well as the consequences of their possible invalidity, shall be governed and interpreted primarily in accordance with the substantive law in force in the Slovak Republic, with the exclusion of its conflict rules and the conflict rules of the international law.

These Terms and Conditions. PART A OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT SIGNED BY RENTER, PART C AND ALL ADDENDA, TOGETHER CONSTITUTES THE CONTRACT (“RENTAL CONTRACT”) FOR THE VEHICLE AND ALL ITS EQUIPMENT, HEREAFTER CALLED “RENTAL VEHICLE.” THE RENTAL CONTRACT IS BETWEEN RENTER AND LESSOR. (SEE PARAGRAPH 2A AND 2B).

These Terms and Conditions. I understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each personal account opened for me at the Credit Union and that I should read and retain them. I will be provided with a copy when the account is opened. They replace all prior Terms and Conditions of Financial Services for personal accounts. I understand you may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If I am a youth under the age of 13 or my parent or guardian has signing authority on my account(s), I understand my parent or guardian will be provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions. I understand that if you waive a breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions, it does not mean that you are waiving the term itself and all parts of these Terms and Conditions will remain valid and unchanged. If you fail to exercise, or if you delay exercising, any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions, it will not be a waiver of your rights and it will not prevent you from exercising your rights again in the future.

These Terms and Conditions. (together with the Annexes) are integral part of the Agreement between the Client and Pay Unicard and shall apply together with the Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Client and the Broker shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions form the contract between us and you for the service of finding a tenant for you.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties and supersedes any previous agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese Law and shall be deemed to include all other terms and conditions or rules and regulations issued from time to time by the Organizers in relation to the Exhibition whether contained in the Organizers’ Exhibition Information Pack sales literature or otherwise.
