Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.
Assignment and subcontracting 11.2.1 Subject to clause 11.2.2, the Collaboration Suppliers will not assign, transfer, novate, sub-license or declare a trust in respect of its rights under all or a part of this Agreement or the benefit or advantage without the prior written consent of the Buyer.
11.2.2 Any subcontractors identified in the Detailed Collaboration Plan can perform those elements identified in the Detailed Collaboration Plan to be performed by the Subcontractors.
Documentation Bank shall have received all additional documents which may be required in connection with such extension of credit.
Background to the agreement 2.1 The Supplier is a provider of G-Cloud Services and agreed to provide the Services under the terms of Framework Agreement number RM1557.
