Common use of APPLICATION/SCOPE Clause in Contracts

APPLICATION/SCOPE. 5.1. This Agreement shall apply to work performed by Employees of the Company who are engaged in the classifications set out in Appendix A of this Agreement in the State of Victoria. 5.2. The works on a Project that fall within the scope of this Agreement include the construction of roadworks, earthworks, bridges, structures, renewable energy construction projects, service relocations, associated buildings, urban design and structures, tunnelling works, tunnels and traffic management. 5.3. The Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 is wholly incorporated into this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided, an Award provision shall not apply where the subject matter of the provision is dealt with in this Agreement. This Agreement shall prevail over the Award to the extent that there is any inconsistency.
