Applications of Premium Pay. If a bargaining unit member is called to work while on stand- by, said Bargaining Unit Member shall receive one and one-half (1 ½) times the straight time hourly rate for all time actually worked (with a minimum of one-half (½) hour), in addition to the remuneration for being on stand-by, thereby providing double time for the time actually worked.
