Weekend Shift Differential Sample Clauses

The Weekend Shift Differential clause establishes additional compensation for employees who work shifts during weekends. Typically, this clause specifies a higher hourly wage or a percentage increase over the standard pay rate for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays. By providing financial incentives for weekend work, the clause encourages staffing during less desirable shifts and ensures fair compensation for employees who work outside regular weekday hours.
